Last running for today before tomorrow..

Today evening I had done for my last run before tomorrow, and I ran for 20 minutes with relax pace which it very simple running.

Today I felt so ready for tomorrow Half Marathon, but I felt nothing nervous it actually strange as usually I am nervous or else when I was first time to do something..

So wish me luck for tomorrow big day at morning..

The last threshold.

Today morning I check my training programme and that I have got 5 day to go for Half Marathon which is exciting for me. And I got a last threshold pace run today.

I ran for 3x 5 minutes of threshold pace run with 90 seconds recovery pace, when lately i had been bit injury on my legs due muscel hadn't stretch enough, and this time I get a proper warm up before I start threshold pace. When I done the fmt first 5 minutes threshold my legs was better nothing sore and I had done all runs today and back home have a rest before play badminton match tonight at Windsor.

I will count you down for my Marahon day :D

Sorry..!

Hey Guy,

Have you seen all my daily blog had stop for while, because I have busy in my 9-10th week of training and sort out on my organisation for New Year Party.

So today is my last of three weeks to go and looking forward for my next two weeks to go, all my training had good along and lots of work on running sessions. I will try to keeping daily blog from my 11-12th weeks to give you the information.

40 minutes dark run.

At Saturday 8pm evening, I decided to go run for 40 minutes for the change.

Outside was dark and quite which is lovely for me to run my own peace, but when I ran into 10 minutes my legs bit hurt as I think came from badminton match last thursday but I felt bit weakness then after 20 minutes I was back normal and ran bit faster same as 10K pace run, after done the 40 minutes I was total felt better and my legs pain is gone. Assume strange as I think the muscle need to get warm up first before the running to avoid the hurt again.

And I had been thinking about Marathon and realised this Monday I will have about 3 weeks to go for Half Marathon, it's scary?? Nah, I am confident to looking forward for running :D..

Friday Rest?

On Friday usually I have a rest day, but this time I had to run because my training programme say no run for Thursday instead Friday so I have to run for today.

I got a multi training for run because first I run for 10 minutes threshold pace, 3x 4 minutes 10K pace run, then 10 minutes thresholds pace and get a 90 seconds jogging recovery in each multi running.

When first ten minutes threshold I was fine but bit hard breathe and when I have a 90 second recovery I felt better, I got a 3x 4 minutes 10K pace to go and after this I was bit worn out for next another 10 minutes thresholds. when I done all multi running I was sweating badly because of thresholds at last to give me exhaust and I realised that I will need training well to hold my fitness for longer distance run with high speed.

No run on Thursday :D

Today Thursday I check the my table from running programmes there say REST on Thursday which it's lovely for myself to have a rest, but today I will have busy with charity party and as well look after my niece for all day, nice to spend with my niece with sunny outside? (hope not have a rain later)

BUT but, tomorrow Friday to Sunday I will have a heavy training before the Half Marathon coming, I was nervous a bit for have 4 weeks to go it won't be longer.

Again Thresholds for Wednesday..

Yesterday Wednesday I got a 45 minute run and in the middle I have a 25 minutes easy pace run then 20 minutes threshold pace run..

When I run for 20 minutes, I felt easy because I was regular run with easy pace but I decided bit more speedy up (steady pace) to see if I could reach fitness enough for long last in 20 minutes then when threshold start I ran very fast and about less 10 minutes I start bit exhaust and run bit slow as steady pace for few minute. Then I fought back for last other 8 minutes, after the threshold I obviously exhaust and lots of sweating come out the my body like as shower!

Looking forward for tomorrow because it's will be no runner, as the my programmed table say no run for THURSDAY.. But I will have run for 3 day from Friday to Sunday :S..
