At Saturday 8pm evening, I decided to go run for 40 minutes for the change.
Outside was dark and quite which is lovely for me to run my own peace, but when I ran into 10 minutes my legs bit hurt as I think came from badminton match last thursday but I felt bit weakness then after 20 minutes I was back normal and ran bit faster same as 10K pace run, after done the 40 minutes I was total felt better and my legs pain is gone. Assume strange as I think the muscle need to get warm up first before the running to avoid the hurt again.
And I had been thinking about Marathon and realised this Monday I will have about 3 weeks to go for Half Marathon, it's scary?? Nah, I am confident to looking forward for running :D..
