Yesterday Wednesday I got a 45 minute run and in the middle I have a 25 minutes easy pace run then 20 minutes threshold pace run..
When I run for 20 minutes, I felt easy because I was regular run with easy pace but I decided bit more speedy up (steady pace) to see if I could reach fitness enough for long last in 20 minutes then when threshold start I ran very fast and about less 10 minutes I start bit exhaust and run bit slow as steady pace for few minute. Then I fought back for last other 8 minutes, after the threshold I obviously exhaust and lots of sweating come out the my body like as shower!
Looking forward for tomorrow because it's will be no runner, as the my programmed table say no run for THURSDAY.. But I will have run for 3 day from Friday to Sunday :S..
