On Tuesday I didn't went for running because at morning I off for cycling with my friend and we rode long miles at afternoon so I decided use cycling instead to run.
And later late afternoon I went to Reading climbing centre to practice the climb with friend again (same person as cycling today), seem lots of activity though so I just thought felt better not to run get too much for myself. But tomorrow Wednesday I will have running back as normally.
Work out after the climbing, both my arm very sore from the boulder wall :)
