And I got a last threshold pace run today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ran for 3x 5 minutes of threshold pace run with 90 seconds recovery pace, when lately i had been bit injury on my legs due muscel hadn't stretch enough, and this time I get a proper warm up before I start threshold pace. Assume strange as I think the muscle need to get warm up first before the running to avoid the hurt again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I had been thinking about Marathon and realised this Monday I will have about 3 weeks to go for Half Marathon, it's scary?? Then I fought back for last other 8 minutes, after the threshold I obviously exhaust and lots of sweating come out the my body like as shower!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looking forward for tomorrow because it's will be no runner, as the my programmed table say no run for THURSDAY.. But tomorrow Wednesday I will have running back as normally.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Work out after the climbing, both my arm very sore from the boulder wall :)&lt;div did all 2 hours done, my knee was nicely none injury coming up mean I &amp;nbsp;was taken a right pair trainer shoe for my knee.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Long distance run give me boring actually because keep me running for 2 hours and I target to reach 13 miles for 2 hours in half marathon and mean I might need to run bit speed up to get a good time for my achievement.&lt;div type='text'>Miserable Kenyan Hill!</title><content type='html'>Saturday 3pm afternoon after the done work on charity with my volunteers and I head to run for 8 minutes x3 Kenyan Hills and 2 minutes Recovery run each.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I run up the hill, I was bit tired but kept going will get back as normal. actually in few minutes later I was fine as normal but disappointed because I had change some route due danger CHAV peers stand around on my route as I had to avoid them otherwise I could be at floor from their insults. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I get different route but still run on the hill, when I was finishes I straight to home and my legs was bit sore because I forgot warm up before run the hill sessions. Other time I will doing wam up to save&amp;nbsp;injury&amp;nbsp;more!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='text'>Relax Thursday!</title><content type='html'>On Thursday morning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got a 40 minutes easy pace run and outside was bit chilled but it's alway get hottest at end of run because run will help the heat in my body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got bit annoyed with my feet hurt a bit while I ran, well not that badly just felt like some one squeeze my feet which literally type='text'>Sunny + Thresholds = Exhaust!</title><content type='html'>Wednesday Morning!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I was not surprise because this morning I woke early morning and decided to off run after my breakfast, that not normally of me. Because usually I wake late and felt can be bother to go for run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway today I have got a 10 minutes x3 Threshold pace run and 2 minute recovery each. type='text'>Sunday raining distance</title><content type='html'>Today I got last run for my seventh weeks and today I ran long distance for 60 minutes :S.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So at two afternoon outside was raining badly and I have bring it up for run, also it's was relief because I run with easy pace and given me built up from the yesterday's tired, and I decided to wear rain coat to prevent from the my enemies of raining.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the two hills run I was felt better as normal and I have got about 10 minutes left to arrived home, I decided to get different route because normally I ran into same routes in all the time, I am so bored with it and seem more extreme when I get a different ways to give me fitness with different of ascent and descent thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When all done, I was back home with the soaked because I war all though with raining for 60 minutes (literally annoyed because I am all wetter!!).&lt;div type='text'>SaS Undulated Run.</title><content type='html'>Yesterday afternoon about three O'clock I decided to go for run and I have a 40 minutes undulated run and outside weather was beautiful sunny and warm. I wear lighter clothes to keep me cool, not want to get hot even when I wear thermal clothes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I put a SaS stand for Saturday and Sunny, because I ran on Saturday and the outside weather was beautiful with Sunny same time. I had to slow down for a bit (1 minute) then go back threshold ran again until arrived home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was bit out of breathe and inhale lots, I think should be rest on friday as get a balance of run in progress of week I have. And first I run for 1 hours and 40 minute with easy pace run and then I got a 20 minute marathon pace, the pace had change the&amp;nbsp;marathon&amp;nbsp;pace to given me get fitness to kept the speed for last long in 20 minutes as possible. type='text'>24 Minutes thresholds hell..!</title><content type='html'>This afternoon I ran with twelve minutes x2 of thresholds and two minutes recovery jogging.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;When at first of twelve minutes thresholds pace run I was sort of fine as normal but a little bit exhaust in later at end of twelve minutes, then I got a two minutes recovery run and I felt relief as better because I will need a recovery jogging to take a breathe back. Then I got another twelve minutes to go for thresholds pace I was felt so S**T myself but I had to bring it up to kept going.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;After the finished, I was very exhaust because I haven't been stay last long on threshold pace before, it's my first time to have a twelve minutes run. I got 40 minutes steady pace run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I ran around today and some hill run too, it help me to improve the good balance fitness. When I finish the steady pace run I felt my body was hot because I worn the thermal trouser to avoid getting cold outside. I have got one hundred and five minutes long distance run.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At afternoon about 2:45pm I start to prepare for my last run, I just started off to run. I decided to run to my local Reading town and use by the A4 Bath Road, then turn back and join the left road to the Southcote lane and carry on toward to Fordfarm passed the Kannet Valley club. My left arm was bit tired because hold the 1L of water bottle, I decided to swap to right arm but I got about twenty five minutes left to finish and I was carry on after I pass the Mill Hill and ran down hill to Beansford Farm Community Centre and carry on toward my local sainsbury. If I got a long distance within a 2 hours that I will be running toward to Reading town and turn back to home, it's was even on each hour return indeed good planning ANDREW..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well the my long distance ran today is okay, only my both knee was bit sore because the outside quite colder, all my legs muscle was bit tighter then later then ran bit longer and started to warm. That give me hell to breathe hardly and I only have one minutes to recovery jogging but I rather to have a rest at home with the cup of English tea, Haa ha...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But worthwhile I felt so good&amp;nbsp;as much fitness now by the built up with high speeds runs, that will give me to building up well technical for my BREATHE actually..
